全隔离单相交流调压模块(DTY)

全隔离单相交流调压模块(以下简称单相调压模块DTY)是集同步变压器、相位检测电路、移相触发电路和输出可控硅于一体,当改变控制电压的大小,就可改变输出可控硅的触发相角,即实现单相交流电的调压。根据输出可控硅器件不同分一只双向可控硅的 普通型,两只单向可控硅反并联的增强型和一只单向可控硅的半波型等三类。按单相交流负载的额定电压分220V和380V两类,按控制信号的不同分E、F、G、H型等四类,以下为规格型号表(注:电流等级为模块内部可控硅最大电流有效值)
