本厂产品一般都有备货，固实行款到发货，至于货期及到站的物流时间请与相关销售人员联系。
2.产品在运输途中有损坏怎么办？
防爆类产品种类繁多，我厂对非标防爆产品大多采用木箱包装，内有泡沫等填充物，如果证实确为物流途中损坏，我厂负责免费修护或者补发。
3.售后服务承诺
我厂防爆产品均实行保用3年，保修1年。
