Hastelloy C-2000特性及应用领域概述：
该合金为抵抗更多的腐蚀性化学物质而设计，包括硫酸，盐酸，氢氟酸。和以前优化的Ni-Cr-Mo合金仅能单一抵抗氧化性或者还原性酸不同的是，C-2000合金对两种环境均有抗腐蚀能力。钼和铜（分别在16%和1.6%水平上）的联合作用使合金具有出色的抗还原性介质腐蚀的能力，同时高的铬含量(23%wt)保证了对氧化性介质腐蚀的抵抗能力。合金可以用于反应器、热交换器、阀门、泵、等等。
Hastelloy C-2000 金相组织结构:
合金为面心立方晶格结构，其化学成分保证了金相稳定性和抗敏化性。
Hastelloy C-2000工艺性能与要求：
1、对Ni-Cr-Mo合金在大约650℃作焊后去应力处理是不适当的。一般焊后不需要热处理，不过如需要去应力，推荐在1149℃进行完全的固溶退火然后水淬。
2、合金的热加工温度范围1080℃～900℃，冷却方式为水冷或其他快速冷却方式。为保证最佳的防腐性能，热加工后应进行固溶热处理。
