18Cr2Ni4WA钢含有较多的Cr、Ni等合金元素, 具有优良的力学性能和工艺性能,被广泛地用于制造高速、重载条件下的船用发动机、航空发动机、坦克发动机及其它大型机械的主要承载件,如曲轴、套齿、转接盘、法兰盘等。其可贵之处不仅在于该钢具有良好的强韧性、低温冲击韧度、回火稳定性以及较低的回火脆性和缺口敏感性,而且还在于获得上述性能时,并不需要在淬火硬化时采用急冷措施。因为18Cr2Ni4WA钢所具有的高淬透性,会使其在空冷时即可淬透。因此,对于截面较大、重载、使用温 度变化大、形状复杂、精度高的工件,是不可替代的 理想材料。但是,18Cr2Ni4WA钢中的粗大晶粒组织会显著降低钢的强度和韧性,而且其显微组织的遗传倾向较大,该钢的组织晶粒一旦粗大化,就很难通过一次正火彻底消除。本文力求从18Cr2Ni4WA钢的热处理工艺出发,研究其对显微组织和力学性能的影响。

央广网临沂9月25日消息（记者车丽）据中国之声《央广新闻》报道，环保部日前发布通知称，山东省临沂市大气污染问题的整治基本达到督办要求。经研究，现在决定对山东省临沂市大气污染问题解除挂牌督办。
今年2月份，环保部曾在山东临沂等地开展专项督察行动，发现山东临沂市13家企业存在环保问题。随后，临沂市就成立了以市政府主要负责人为组长的大气污染防治攻坚行动领导小组进行“铁腕治污”。现在环保部华东督查中心6月29日至7月2日对山东省临沂市约谈整改情况的督察结果显示，临沂大气污染综合整治取得了扎实成效，企业环境违法行为也得到有效遏制，一些历史遗留问题逐步得到解决，环境质量明显改善。
其实早在8月21日，2月份被责令改正的临沂三德特钢就已恢复正常生产；9月17日，临沂华盛江泉集团所属临沂江鑫钢铁有限公司年产280万吨钢铁项目环保备案工作也顺利通过山东省环境保护厅核准批复。近期，关于“临沂蓝”的照片也不断在朋友圈、微博刷屏，种种迹象也表明此次临沂铁腕治污取得了阶段性成果。
环保部此次发布的通知说，山东省环保厅督促临沂市人民政府和有关部门积极开展整治，并且向环保部提交了解除挂牌督办的申请，现在环保部华东环境保护核查中心对案件的整改情况进行核查，目前山东临沂的大气污染防止情况，基本上符合了督办的要求，所以经研究决定，环保部决定对山东临沂的大气污染问题解除挂牌督办。环保部还要求，山东环保厅来督促临沂市人民政府针对相关企业违规项目的不同情况，尽快地进行分类处理，分别予以淘汰、规范和完善，并且按照山东省政府规定的时限来完成清理整改的任务。
