20CrMnMo是国家标准规定的一种合金结构钢的牌号，是一种高强度的渗碳钢。
先进行渗碳热处理，再淬火加热温度850℃、油冷；200℃回火、空冷。淬火低温回火后具有良好的综合力学性能和低温冲击韧度；渗碳淬火后具有较高的抗弯强度和耐磨性能。常用于制造高硬度、高强度、高韧性的较大重要渗碳件，如曲轴、凸轮轴、连杆、齿轮轴、齿轮、销轴等。
渗碳淬火后硬度高时磨削时易产生裂纹。

主要特性
高强度的高级渗碳钢。强度高于15CrMnMo，塑性及韧性稍低，淬透性及力学性能比20CrMnTi高，淬火低温回火后具有良好的综合力学性能和低温冲击韧度。渗碳淬火后具有较高的抗弯强度和耐磨性能，但磨削时易产生裂纹。焊接性不好，适于电阻焊接，焊前需预热，焊后需回火处理。切削加工性和热加工性良好。

常用于制造高硬度、高强度、高韧性的较大重要渗碳件（其要求均高于15CrMnMo），如曲轴、凸轮轴、连杆、齿轮轴、齿轮、销轴，还可代替12Cr2Ni4使用。

据海关总署最新统计快讯数据显示，2015年9月我国出口钢材1125万吨，较上月增加152万吨，同比增长32%；1-9月我国累计出口钢材8311万吨，同比增长27.2%。9月我国进口钢材101万吨，较上月减少1万吨，同比下降25.7%；1-9月我国累计进口钢材973万吨，同比下降11.6%。2015年1-9月我国钢材净出口总量达到7338万吨。

前一次中国钢材出口月度高峰出现在2015年1月份，当时钢材出口总量为1028.8万吨；9月份钢材出口量较高峰多出了96.2万吨，增幅为9.35%。其实近期国内陆续传出钢材出口转弱的言语，国外市场更是反倾销调查不断，但是9月份钢材出口量创历史新高再次验证了中国钢材的国际竞争力很强，当然这个竞争力主要来源价格低廉的优势。

Mysteel国际站监测的数据显示，目前螺纹钢、热轧卷板及中厚板（FOB）报价在280美金/吨左右，冷轧（FOB）报价在330美金/吨左右，镀锌（FOB）报价在400美金/吨左右，彩涂（FOB）报价在540美金/吨左右。

【全年钢材出口量料突破1.1亿吨】

上海钢联黑色研究基地研究认为2015年中国钢材出口量将突破1.1亿吨，净出口量有望冲击1亿吨；这将对国内钢材供应压力形成有效的缓解。从近10年四季度国内钢材出口量占比来看，最低的时候在2008年为17.96%，最高的时候在2014年为30.9%。当然2008年和2014年都拥有着特殊的背景，2008年恰逢全球金融危机爆发，而2014年则存在钢铁企业担忧含硼钢出口退税政策取消而加速出口的因素。就四季度钢材出口量同比增幅看，2011-2014年之间四季度钢材出口量同比增幅在4.59%-84.2%不等，其中2014年增幅存在特殊原因需要剔除。
