20CrMnMo是国家标准规定的一种合金结构钢的牌号，是一种高强度的渗碳钢。
先进行渗碳热处理，再淬火加热温度850℃、油冷；200℃回火、空冷。淬火低温回火后具有良好的综合力学性能和低温冲击韧度；渗碳淬火后具有较高的抗弯强度和耐磨性能。常用于制造高硬度、高强度、高韧性的较大重要渗碳件，如曲轴、凸轮轴、连杆、齿轮轴、齿轮、销轴等。
渗碳淬火后硬度高时磨削时易产生裂纹。
主要特性
高强度的高级渗碳钢。强度高于15CrMnMo，塑性及韧性稍低，淬透性及力学性能比20CrMnTi高，淬火低温回火后具有良好的综合力学性能和低温冲击韧度。渗碳淬火后具有较高的抗弯强度和耐磨性能，但磨削时易产生裂纹。焊接性不好，适于电阻焊接，焊前需预热，焊后需回火处理。切削加工性和热加工性良好。
常用于制造高硬度、高强度、高韧性的较大重要渗碳件（其要求均高于15CrMnMo），如曲轴、凸轮轴、连杆、齿轮轴、齿轮、销轴，还可代替12Cr2Ni4使用。

【北京市场】维稳为主，稍有调价。现北京市场河钢、新兴、东华产18-25mm HRB400E螺纹钢价格为1890-1950、1860、1880元/吨，持稳；河钢、东华产28-32mm HRB400E螺纹钢市场价为1940-1950、1930元/吨，持稳；盘螺，河钢、九江产8-10mm HRB400市场价为2070、2050元/吨，企稳；高线，河钢、九江产8-10mm HPB300市场价为1990、1880元/吨，河钢下调10。
